Deer Group Inc® is a private company that conducts survey and evaluate other companies in United States and Canada to know how the staffs are handling their services in relation to their customers.

 We are currently in contract for the year 2020 with some stores ( Wal-mart, Staples, Costco, Bestbuy, Shoppers Drug Mart, CVS, Walgreen, Grocery Store, Shell Gas Stations; IKEA Stores e.t.c ), post office (USPS & Fedex), financial institutions (Banks). Application is currently out for individual interested in shopping and survey.

Working with Deer Group Inc® is fun and rewarding, this will not disturb your present occupation (i.e The job takes less than 45mins to complete, therefore it gives chance to do other things). 

Secret survey and shopping as seen on ABC NEWS, NBC NEWS, L.A TIMES. Stores,organization such as Walmart, Kmart, Amazon, Pizza Hut e.t.c. One amongst many others pay for secret survey and shoppers to shop in their establishment and report their experiences.

Deer Group Inc® never charge fees to shopper's training, no charge to become or take a survey, no previous experience is needed and interested individual will have access to training materials via email, fax or postal service, tips for improvement, survey and shopping opportunities are provided for registered shoppers.

OUR GOAL

The goal of this survey is to evaluate the efficiency of human resources of some stores and financial institutions network across United States and Canada given minimal supervision. So you are to walk into a store carry out your assignment like a normal customer would not hinting at the fact that you are a secret shopper/surveyor.

ASSIGNMENT/COMPENSATION

Deer Group Inc® pay shoppers $500 per assignment ( USA will be paid in USD and Canada in CAD ) via a Direct Bank Deposit, Certified Check or Money Orders. You will be directed to the company or outlet in your area, Deer Group Inc® will provide the funds needed via Direct Bank Deposit, Certified Check or Money Orders for you to carry out the survey/shopping.

You will be required to interact with the attendant, cashier or customer service representatives of the establishment to be evaluated.

You will write a comment on the staffs activities and give a detailed record of your experience.

NOTE:   

** Your Identity must be kept confidential as the job states (secret survey /shopper) this is very important,

** You are not obliged to send out a penny out of your pocket

** You get paid $500 per assignment and the minimum you can do is one assignment per week

**  It's possible to take up to three assignments weekly if you have the time and earn more

**  This survey goes on for at least 12 weeks (3 months)

AFTERMATH

Below are the list of things to record after the completion of every assignment

1) How long it took you to get services.

2) How effective the cashier/ teller that attended to you.

3) Customer service Efficiency.

4) General recommendation/suggestion.
